Real Estate Photography

The following terms and conditions apply to, but are not limited to Explor3D Australia.



– Client Responsibility: The client must ensure the property is ready for photography, including:

– Cleaning and tidying up

– Removing unwanted items or furniture

– Keep pets away and ensure the property is safe from dangerous animals during the time of work being carried out.

– Properties Not Ready: If the property is not prepared when Explor3D staff member arrives, the property will be photographed “as is”. If a staff member needs to return due to the property not being ready, a fee of $50 to $200 may be incurred, depending on the circumstances.



Final images are typically delivered within 24 hours of capture during business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
– As a courtesy, we strive to deliver all jobs as soon as possible.

– Adding proofing to still photography properties will add an extra 24 hours to delivery.

A $30 cancellation fee applies if cancellations are not received at least 4 hours before the scheduled booking time.



– Copyright Retention: Explor3D retains full copyright of all media supplied, regardless of the license purchased. The client is granted a temporary usage license for the sole purpose of the ONE property listing, with no further rights or permissions implied.

– Invoice Basis: The invoice amount is based on the services completed at the time of the shoot, with copyright and licensing terms applying as stated.



Copyright and Ownership





– Exclusive Ownership: Explor3D and its staff/contractors retain 100% copyright and ownership of all material supplied, at all times.

– No Transfer of Rights: Copyright and ownership are never sold, transferred, or relinquished to any party.
